My son goes to preschool three mornings a week. He’s in a Spanish immersion program and the teachers tell me he understands them well and speaks to the other kids in Spanish, in context (like “mi tourno” for “my turn” – haha!). My husband and I don’t speak Spanish (unless you count what little I remember from high school) so my plan is for our son to know it well enough that we can take a trip to Spain in a few years and he can be our translator. Fingers crossed! (That he can translate AND that we can afford to go!)

In the meantime, there are more kids and more parents and I missed Parent’s Night (out of town) and MORE NAMES TO REMEMBER. How about you?
